Kelly B. Tidwell

Kelly Tidwell is an experienced trial lawyer who specializes in complex litigation. His wide-ranging practice includes cases involving antitrust matters, class actions, negligence and products liability. He also has developed an extensive practice in agriculture litigation.

Mr. Tidwell is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has served on the American Bar Association's Products Liability Committee for Model Jury Instructions and the Ethics Committee of the Texas Young Lawyers Association.

Mr. Tidwell is licensed to practice in Texas and Arkansas, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Texas and the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Eighth Circuits.
