Geoff Culbertson joined the firm in 2005 after completing a judicial clerkship with then Chief Judge Thad Heartfield of the Eastern District of Texas. Geoff graduated with honors from Baylor Law School in 2004 where he served as Editor in Chief of the Baylor Law Review and successfully competed in regional and national moot court competitions.
Geoff represents individuals, businesses and associations in state and federal courts. He is licensed to practice in Texas and Arkansas and admitted to the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Texas, the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal and Eighth Circuits. Geoff formerly served as President and Director of the Eastern District of Texas Bar Association and on the Local Rules Committee of the Eastern District of Texas.
